Consignment
Once the clothes has been dropped of, the depositor will receive by email the list of prices set, the description of the items and the amount that will be paid to the depositor following the sale of the item.
The Bazar Club company reserves the right to:
- Do not accept the items presented, especially if the items do not meet its quality, safety or price requirements.
- To cancel the contract and withdraw the items from sale without notice, informing the depositor as soon as possible. Any item for which the Bazar second hand company has doubts about the origin or identification of the presumed owner or any item presenting a defect not reported during deposit and which would make it unsuitable for sale under the quality conditions required by Bazar second hand.

Here are the depositor's commissions according to the price set on each item.

Payment method
The accumulated sales amount for each seller will be counted once a month. The results will be posted on the 1is day of the month. You will receive by email, the summary of your sales.
It is crucial that you, as suppliers, rigorously monitor your sales by consulting the price list sent and the monthly results.
Payment of the price to the depositor
After a period of 72 hours after the sale of the item (excluding Sundays and public holidays), the depositor can be paid by responding to the monthly sales report and request an interac bank transfer.
Please note that we do not accept cash or check payments.
In case of theft or loss
If theft or loss does occur, it is important to note that buyer damage, shoplifting and loss are unfortunately part of the consignment sale risk despite our best efforts and vigilance. Unless stated otherwise, you are legally responsible for any potential loss since the merchandise belongs to you.
Recovery of unsold items
All unsold items not collected within the deadlines mentioned in the consignment agreement will be donated to charities.
The depositor must recover his unsold items within the so-called recovery period.
At the end of this recovery period, unsold and uncollected items will be donated free of charge to a charity without delay or notice.
The so-called recovery periods can be consulted on your deposit contract.
The depositor has the option of sending a third party to collect his unsold items. In this case, the person must present themselves with a photo of the contract or the depositor's identity document.
